Introduction

You can count on Trinity Bookkeeping Solution, to provide full, comprehensive, remote bookkeeping services that may include payroll and construction job costing for your start-up or existing business of any size. This includes initial set-up (or any touch-ups to your chart of accounts), any clean-up/catch-up needed, maintenance of balanced company financial books via a Quick-Books Online account or Desktop (via TeamViewer remote access), and the preparation of month-end reports that can be presented to you either remotely or in-person if you are in my area. This review is a 60 min sit-down (or virtual if you prefer) meeting where I will give you all reports, as requested, and go over with you what this means for your business.

I will always handle your accounts with integrity, accuracy and privacy, with an emphasis on good communication. I will professionally handle your financial reporting and have them ready for your CPA or tax preparer by tax filing time of each year.

Services

Bookkeeping Services Include: Basic & (Additional options)

  • Set-up of QuickBooks Online, continue your existing QBO account or transfer from QB Desktop

  • Recording all deposits & sales receipts/invoices

  • Reconciling all bank, credit card & loan statements

  • Producing all necessary financial reports & analysis (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • For contractors, I am able to do your job costing, provided I am given records for this

  • Reviewing Accounts Receivables (Management of A/R is an additional fee)

  • Reviewing Accounts Payables (Management of A/P is an additional fee)

  • Running Payroll for any size business with guaranteed filings and withholding accuracy AND Worker Compensation Insurance reporting (if needed, with an additional fee)

  • Sales tax reporting (if needed, with an additional fee)

  • Providing your tax accountant with complete & accurate year-end records and reports

  • Any months needing to be “caught-up” or “cleaned-up” will also be addressed & billed as agreed upon

  • I am proficient in apps the likes of Square, Stripe, Shopify, HouseCall Pro, Jobber and growing all the time.

“Clean Up” and “Catch Up” Services Include:

  • Reviewing, entering, correcting and/or re-organizing your financial books/records to ensure that all transactions have been added & categorized properly, to ensure that your business books are not only accurately kept but easy to understand on a financial level. You don’t want to miss any valid tax deductions!

  • Ultimately making your financial books ready for regular maintenance, and all your reports ready and easy to understand by your accountant (or tax preparer) of choice.

  • These services will be following the last filed tax return period, unless you plan to amend a return that has already been filed and we have that discussion.

Financial Statements Include:

  • Balance Sheet (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Income Statement (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Statement of Cash Flows (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Any custom reports you may want or need

  • Presented to you in a cohesive & easy to understand format (monthly, quarterly, annually) in 60 minutes of time set aside with you, either in person or virtual (your choice).

**All services are billed with advance notice to you & as agreed on a monthly basis, no hourly rate to stress over. I will not give you surprises on your bill.
